10 ticket Concession Card: $100

Casual Price: $15 (drop in’s welcome)

Classes match school terms:

Term Two: Tues May 1 – Sat July 7

Dynamic:  sequences to build mobility, strength and flexibility

Moderate: movement to breath, balance, body maintenance

Normal classes last one hour, but studio stays open for longer savasana or meditation if needed…and the outdoor kitchen is nearby for post-session cups of tea.
